1) Can I make my own box?

Yes, you can customize your own NoFoMo boxes with socks of your choice via the website.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

1) Do you offer FREE shipping on orders?

We offer FREE Shipping on all pre-paid orders. A charge is applicable on Cash on Delivery orders.

2) How long will it take to get my order?

We have tied up with several reputed courier companies, so your orders will be delivered right to your doorstep within 5-7 business days. All orders come in fully sealed packages to make sure that all your goods reach you in perfect condition.

3) How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details from us via email.

ORDER INFORMATION

1) I need to change something in my order. How can I do that?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately on support@shopnofomo.com. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

2) Is your website secure?

We take our customers’ security very seriously. Our website is 100% secure. When credit card information is transmitted to our payment processor, it is done so using SSL encryption.

You can be rest assured knowing that we never save payment information from previous orders, nor will we share your information with third parties.

3) Can I have my order gift wrapped or add a personal message?

Unfortunately, we don't offer gift wrapping or the possibility of adding a personal message. We hope to be able to offer this in the future.

1) I received a faulty sock! What should I do?

Please write to us at support@shopnofomo.com along with your order number and the fault with the item. We will initiate the process of pickup and replacement as per our return policy.
