Return Policy 


NoFoMo's return policy gives you an option to return items purchased if the customer receives different, damaged, or defective products within a specified return period. 

Return Period: Returns should be reported within 72 hours of receiving the order by emailing us at support@shopnofomo.com 

In case of a return, product packaging, labels & tags must not be tampered with. 

NoFoMo will not accept returns if the product is damaged in any way or is returned without original packing including price tags, labels etc. All returns must pass the required quality check.



Return Procedure
1.     Reach out to us at support@shopnofomo.com
2.     We will ask you to share the product's images and would verify the claim. 
3.     Post verification, the return process will be initiated. Once we receive the product in our warehouse, we would do a quality check and initiate a refund or exchange. 
4.     Please note that we do not refund the Shipping or COD charges incurred by you.

Payment method for a refund: 
Prepaid order :
For prepaid orders, a refund will be processed back via the same payment method. The timeline for the same would be 5-7 working days. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. The refund would be initiated once the product is received at the source hub.

COD order :
For COD orders, we will require the customer to verify their payment details via email and the refund will be processed for the same in 5-7 working days after verification of the refund claim and details.
